Stanley Satz

Chairman, CSO & Co-Founder

A former defense contractor and educator, Mr. Satz is a scientist and radiation physicist with more than 25 years of laboratory R&D and “milspec” production experience. manufacturing and marketing instrumentation and radioactive materials for medical and industrial use. Satz founded Bio-Nucleonics after leaving Mount Sinai Medical Center of Miami Beach and the University of Miami. A University of Miami graduate, he is former Chairman and current member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Florida Atlantic University, and is on the Board of the U.S. Industry Coalition, and Cygene Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company.

Rosanne Satz

CEO, President & Co-Founder

Ms. Satz has 18 years of executive level experience in the biomedical industry. Her experience covers pharmaceutical and medical device applications and field inspections, U.S. Food and Drug Administration and foreign regulatory agency approval for drug and device production, obtaining cGMP and GLP approval for operations (including technology in-licensing and out-licensing). She is an innovative and results driven leader focused on achieving exceptional results in a highly competitive environment that demands continuous improvement. Ms. Satz has experience providing analysis for commercial opportunities as well as developing and managing strategies for governmental approval to introduce new products to market. Ms. Satz focus is on management, driving product, process, customer service improvements with key business decision makers. Ms. Satz also focuses on business development through strategic alliances and creating shareholder value for the Company.

Colm J. King

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. King has more than thirty years of financial management experience of which fifteen have been in emerging Bio-Tech, Pharmaceutical, IP, SEC and regulatory compliance. He is the former CEO and founder of Cavit Sciences and is a board member of various global public companies. His compliance expertise include SEC filings, corporate finance reporting, audit controls and procedures, IP management, managing budgets and P&L. He is a member of the AICPA and FICPA.

Viviana M. Labarta

VP Operations and Controller

Ms. Labarta is responsible for managing the financial and accounting policies, systems and processes, tax and regulatory requirements, payroll systems processes and foundation controls, ongoing financial modeling, marketing and strategic plans. Ms. Labarta also runs Financial Analysis, Human Resource Management, Internship Program Coordination, and provides direct support to corporate officers and advisory board.

Luis Iga

VP of Marketing and Sales

Mr. Iga has a background in traditional marketing as well as viral strategies for B to B and B to C. He has worked for various companies in San Francisco, New York City, Miami, and Mexico including Electronic Arts, Inc., The Center for Arts Education of NY and MerchantAdvantage, LLC.

Christopher Orand

Director of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs

Mr. Orand handles various aspects of day-to-day company operations, contract management, business development and regulatory matters. Mr. Orand has experience in licensing working in New York for NBC News. Christopher holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School Of Law.
