Rosanne Satz is the Chief Executive Officer of Bio-Nucleonics, Inc. She is a graduate of Florida International University, with a degree in Business Administration and marketing. Her managerial capabilities are demonstrated in critical areas of the pharmaceutical business and regulatory affairs. Ms. Satz coordinated and directed the Company's pharmaceutical and medical device applications and field inspections, which resulted in receiving U.S. Food and Drug Administration and foreign regulator agency approval for drug and device production as well as cGMP and GLP approval. She also manages the Company's business affairs, including technology in-licensing and out-licensing. She has obtained over $4 million in Federal, state and international peer-reviewed competitive research grants. Ms. Satz is an active member of the Society of Nuclear Medicine, the University of Miami's Sylvester Cancer Center Socialites, the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Sunshine Kid Project and the Biomedical Advisory Board of Florida International University.
Stanley Satz is the Founder and Chief Science Officer. A former defense contractor and educator, Mr. Satz is a scientist and physicist with more than 25 years of laboratory research and development, "milspec" production experience and manufacturing and marketing instrumentation and radioactive materials for medical and industrial use. Mr. Satz founded Bio-Nucleonics after leaving Mount Sinai Medical Center of Miami Beach and the University of Miami. A University of Miami graduate, he is former Chairman and current member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Florida Atlantic University, and is on the Board of the U.S. Industry Coalition, and Cygene Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company. Mr. Satz has authored a number of journal articles and holds five issued and three pending medically related U.S. patents.
Christopher Orand serves as the Director of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs. Chris is an attorney with experience in transactions, litigation and intellectual property. He now handles various aspects of day-to-day company operations, human resources, contract management, business development and regulatory matters. Prior to working as an attorney, Mr. Orand worked in licensing in New York and for NBC News. Mr. Orand graduated from Pitzer College in Claremont, California with a degree in Political Studies. He currently also holds a Juris Doctorate from the University Of Miami School Of Law.
Viviana Labarta is the Executive Operations Coordinator for Bio-Nucleonics, Inc. She is a graduate of Florida International University, with a degree in Business Administration. Ms. Labarta provides the Company services such as Human Resource Management, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables, Internship Program Coordination, Order Shipping Administration and direct support to Corporate Officers and Board of Director Members. Her managerial capabilities have been demonstrated in the critical area of the pharmacy for over ten years. Ms. Labarta’s work experience includes Quality Assurance Coordinator at Baptist Hospital Inpatient Pharmacy and CompScript Miami, a home health care pharmacy that services nursing homes throughout South Florida. Ms. Labarta serves as active member of the El Rey Jesus International Ministry by volunteering, inspiring people to follow the Word of God and helping encourage those with Cancer.
